Dendana Investments Mauritius purchased 5.09 lakh shares of Sobha at a mean worth of Rs 1269.57

Overseas traders Dendana Investments Mauritius purchased a Rs 64.68 crore stake in Sobha on January 4. The inventory of Sobha noticed a 15 p.c up transfer to Rs 1,296.6 within the bourses. The investor purchased 5.09 lakh shares at a mean worth of Rs 1269.57.

In the meantime, overseas investor Seabright II offered 5.8 lakh shares at a mean worth of Rs 114.44 per share in Tracxn Applied sciences. The overall worth of the transaction is Rs 6.63 crore. Seabright II held a 4.16 p.c stake in Tracxn Applied sciences. They’ve at the moment offloaded a 0.13 p.c stake. Shares of Tracxn Applied sciences went up 6.1 p.c to Rs 113.95.

Moreover, a few anchor traders trimmed a few of their holdings in recently-listed corporations.

Rox Hello Tech, whose shares went up 15.54 p.c to Rs 182.95, noticed its anchor investor Nav Capital Vcc-Nav Capital Rising Star Fund, promote stake value Rs 2.1 crore. The fund had invested Rs 7.06 crore within the firm. It offered 1.18 lakh shares at a mean worth of Rs 177.51.

One other firm whose anchor investor offered their shares was Rockingdeals Round Financial system. Astrone Capital VCC Arven offered 34,000 shares at Rs 366.72 per share. The overall worth of the transaction is Rs 1.24 crore. The enterprise capital held 1,38,000 shares within the firm and now offered a 0.24 p.c stake.

Shares of Rockingdeals Round Financial system surged 15.62 p.c to Rs 390.55 on January 4.
