The lawsuit was filed in Lubbock County by the dad and mom of the woman who says she was assaulted.

The lawsuit alleges a Texas Tech booster purchased alcoholic drinks for Isaacs and a teammate. They have been in a room with two ladies, ages 17 and 16.
